Info: Very nice, well maintained park and trail system along Onondaga Lake in Syracuse, great scenery.  Bathrooms, water, historical markers, historic lock system, museums, benches, garbage bags, easy and level concrete trails, fishing.  A number of trail systems here.  See site here for lots more info, including maps and directions.  There is also a very nice dog park at the park called Wegman's Good Dog Park.

Directions/Location: Get onto the ThruWay/I-90 in Syracuse heading west and look for Exit 38 (on the Thruway), then left onto CR-57 toward Liverpool/Syracuse, after almost three miles keep left onto CR-57N towards Fulton/Oswego, then left onto Oswego Road, then left onto John Glenn Boulevard, then right onto Cold Springs Road, look for the park entrances along this road.
