Info: County park, $4 for entrance. The trail goes along Butternut Creek, you can find it by going to the off-the-leash dog friendly section across the creek, to the left of the ticket booth, and walk down the hill where you will find the trail. The park has a beach, bathrooms, trails, off-the-leash dog area. Park website - http://onondagacountyparks.com/jamesville There are a couple nearby geocaches.
