Info: City park, provides a great view of the Black River.  A favorite place of whitewater rafters and kayakers is right beside the park, so watch for them and you'll get a great show.  Very short trail, easy walking but some steps if you go onto the decking.  Multiple parking areas.  See trail map below.

Directions/Location: Newell Street in Watertown (off from City Center Drive/Black River Parkway)

Trail Distance: .2 of a mile

Date/Time Open: During park hours.

Mountain Biking Allowed: Yes, but very short and steps.

Hiking/Walking Allowed: Yes.

Cross-Country Skiing: Probably not.

Fishing: ?  Fishing can be done from the nearby shore.

Pets Allowed: Yes.

Built on Former Railroad Bed: No.
